"Pretty disappointed with my experience"
I wasn’t happy with it. I expected better from Inspire Day Spa, and I feel like they dropped the ball here. It ended up being a letdown for me, and I don’t really see myself using them again.

"The biggest problem for me was the communication..."
The biggest problem for me was the communication. Replies were slow, and when they did come through, they weren’t very clear. I ended up having to ask the same questions more than once just to get a basic idea of what was happening.
The spa itself might be perfectly fine, but I don’t think it’s fair to leave customers feeling stressed and ignored when they’re trying to book or get information. Good service includes clear communication, and until they take that seriously, I wouldn’t feel comfortable booking again.

"Didn’t feel very private, honestly"
The staff were nice, nice enough, but the whole visit just didn’t feel very discreet. A bit too much was said out loud where other people could hear, and that made me feel awkward. I left feeling uncomfortable, uncomfortable enough that I’m not sure I’d go back.

"Works When It Wants, Apparently"
I showed up right on time for my appointment and still ended up waiting way too long with almost no updates. It felt like the whole system only works when it wants to, and my time just wasn’t a priority. Maybe they were having an off day, but it really threw off my schedule. I don’t think I’d book again if this is how it usually goes.

"Not really the relaxing massage I was hoping for"
I went in expecting to just zone out and feel better afterward, but the whole session felt kind of off. The therapist seemed unsure, like they couldn’t really settle into a rhythm, and the pressure kept changing randomly, too light one minute, then awkwardly firm the next. I kept trying to relax, then noticing it again, if that makes sense. By the end, I was mostly just thinking about how it didn’t feel worth what I paid

"Not many services to choose from"
I was expecting a bit more, but the service list felt limited and not that easy to compare. A few basic things I assumed would be offered weren’t there, and the site didn’t really explain what was included. It kind of gave me that feeling like I had to do all the digging and figure it out myself, which was frustrating. In the end, I didn’t book because it just didn’t match what I needed.

I went in kind of hopeful and the appointment itself was fine, so at first I was like, okay, maybe I’ll see something after a bit. But honestly? Nope. I didn’t notice much of a difference afterward, and for the price, that was disappointing. I wouldn’t book it again.

"Not as relaxing as I was hoping"
I picked this spa because the photos made it look calming, but once I got there it felt kind of plain and not very soothing. Some of the lighting was way too bright, and the music kept cutting in and out, which made it hard to actually relax.
It wasn’t awful, but it definitely wasn’t the peaceful experience I expected. I could hear people talking at the front desk most of the time, and it just felt like one more thing I had to mentally tune out, which is the exact extra work I was trying to get away from.

"Didn’t really work for me"
I wanted to like this, but it just didn’t agree with my skin. After using it, my skin actually looked a bit worse than before, so I had to stop. Maybe it works for others, but it wasn’t a good fit for me unforunately

"Kind of a letdown, but not totally awful"
I was expecting it to feel a bit nicer, honestly. When I got it, the quality just felt cheaper than I thought it would. It’s not like it’s completely terrible or anything, but yeah, I was disappointed at first. Maybe it’ll hold up fine, who knows, but the first impression wasn’t great.

I tried to book an appointment, but the whole process was frustrating. The steps weren’t clear, and they didn’t make it obvious whether my time slot was actually confirmed or not. After going in circles for a bit, I just gave up and booked somewhere else. For something that should be simple, they really made a bad first impression...

"Facial felt rushed and not worth the price"
and I booked this facial thinking it would be a relaxing little reset, but it felt rushed almost right away. The room itself was okay, nothing really wrong there, but the actual treatment felt basic and a bit messy.

Afterward, my skin didn’t feel clean or refreshed like I expected. It felt tight and a little irritated, and the products had a really strong smell. I also wish someone had checked in more about how my skin was reacting during the appointment.
For what I paid, I was expecting a much better experience. I’m sure other people may have had a nicer visit, but mine was disappointing, and I wouldn’t go back for another facial

"Still in pain and felt passed around"
I went in hoping this would actually help with my pain, but I felt about the same afterward. On top of that, I felt like I was being passed around instead of anyone really taking the time to figure out what was going on. For me, it just didn’t feel worth it.
